Internet Access Terms of Service

Effective Upon Booking

 

These Internet Access Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the internet and network services (“Internet Services”) provided by Carefree Offices ("Provider", "we", "our", or "us") to clients, guests, and other authorized users ("User", "you", or "your").

By connecting to and using our Internet Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Internet Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately disconnect from the Internet Services.

  • Carefree Offices may monitor network traffic to ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and enforce these Terms.

  • Use of the Internet Services is not private, and you consent to such monitoring.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • We strive to provide reliable and high-speed Internet Services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

  • Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur without notice.


5. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Internet access is provided as a shared resource. We reserve the right to limit or throttle bandwidth for activities that negatively impact other users.

  • We may block or restrict access to specific websites, ports, or services deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

6. INDEMNITY


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carefree Offices, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal action arising out of your use or misuse of the Internet Services.


7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Carefree Offices reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Internet Services for any violation of these Terms.

  • Modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY


The Internet Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Carefree Offices shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or interruption to business, data, or equipment arising from the use of the Internet Services.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
