At Carefree Offices, we believe in fostering a productive and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please take a moment to review our community guidelines.


Carefree Offices is more than just an office; it's a workspace designed for convenience, comfort and productivity. To ensure a harmonious environment, we ask all members and guests to acknowledge and adhere to these guidelines. We've simplified the legal terms into clear, actionable points. Please read them thoroughly.

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

 

We value your presence and are dedicated to ensuring that you, fellow members and guests experience:

 

  • Exclusive access to our entire office

  • A productive and pleasant workspace, available Monday – Friday, 8am to 10pm

  • Access to temperature controlled furnished work space, one covered reserved parking space, power, high-speed Internet and LTE backup internet

  • A personal login to the Carefree Offices Member Portal

  • A vibrant, uplifting professional home, even if it's just for a quick visit.

  • Advance notice of any changes to services, fees, or other updates, sent to the email address(es) you've provided.

  • An honest commitment to serve you to the best of our ability. While we strive for perfection, we are human. Should something go wrong, we apologize, but Carefree Offices cannot be held legally responsible. This includes incidents like network hacking, Wi-Fi outages, or theft. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue.

  • An open line of communication, and confidence that you can share any questions, concerns, or ideas with us. (You can reach us at info@carefreeoffices.com or call (602) 341-3222).

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Carefree Offices is a professional environment; please treat the space and your fellow members with respect and consideration. When you leave, ensure the space is in the same or better condition than when you arrived.

  • Occupancy limits apply. The total number of members or guests should not exceed 15 at any given time. 

  • Your belongings are your responsibility. Please do not leave any personal items at Carefree Offices when you leave. Unclaimed items left for a reasonable period may be handled at our discretion.

  • Use your own equipment. If you need something, please ask. We are here to help.

  • You are responsible for any damage, loss, or claims caused by your actions.

  • Respect the privacy of others. 

  • Practice kindness. We have zero tolerance for harassment. Every Carefree Offices member and guest should feel welcome, comfortable, and productive in our space, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or other personal attributes or beliefs.

  • Be mindful of your online activity. No inappropriate content. Carefree Offices is not responsible for third-party data, websites, links, or services. Please ensure you have read and agreed to our explicit Data Connection and Internet Terms of Service.

  • Keep it legal. We have zero tolerance for anyone using the Carefree Offices space or resources for illegal activities, or any activity generally regarded as offensive.

  • Events require advance notice. Please notify us prior to hosting any event at the Carefree Offices space.

  • Be responsible with your access code(s). If you have been entrusted with digital keys for building or Carefree Offices access, these are for your personal use only. Do not share them with neighbors, partners, or guests. 

  • Maintain open communication. You are responsible for immediately informing us of any changes to your contact and payment information. It is also your responsibility to read emails we send regarding service changes, fees, and other updates.
